What we collect

We only collect data you submit directly via the contact form on this website:

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics tools on this site, and we do not build any profile of your visit. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare, which serves this site) briefly processes technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse; we do not use this data to identify you. Fonts are served from our own domain — no font CDN or other third-party resource is loaded when you view this site.

Why we process it & legal basis

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to take steps prior to entering into a contract with you.

Legal basis under GDPR Art. 6(1): legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — specifically, our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries — and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) where your message relates to a potential engagement.

Processor: Web3Forms

Form submissions are transmitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form handling service (US-based), acting as a data processor on our behalf. Submissions are forwarded to our inbox and are not stored by Web3Forms beyond transmission. Because Web3Forms operates from the United States, submitting the form involves a transfer of your data outside the EEA; Web3Forms describes its data handling and safeguards in the Web3Forms Privacy Policy. Our inbox is provided by Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.), which stores the delivered messages as our email provider.

Beyond the processors named above (Web3Forms, Google Workspace, and Cloudflare as site host), no other third parties receive your data. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to anyone.

Retention

We retain your contact details and message only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry or, if an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement plus any legally required retention period. We delete your data on request (see rights below).

Your rights (GDPR)

As a data subject under GDPR, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@synthorna.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).

Cookies & tracking

This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising networks, or analytics services. No profiling or automated decision-making takes place based on your data.

This notice covers only data submitted via the contact form on this website. It does not constitute legal advice. If you have questions, email us at privacy@synthorna.com.
